We're upfront about our S&H rates.
- Canada Post postage (stamp) + 13% HST tax not shown on stamp
- Clear sheet covers to protect your sign print
- Folder inserts to place your sign print in
- 9x12 envelopes to keep sign print flat
We also include a sturdy cardboard insert to keep the sign print from bending during its journey to you. We don't include these in our handling rate because we recycle from boxes.
Printed and Shipped information:
~As soon as we receive your PayPal payment and the complete details you want to appear on your sign print, we process your order.
~If you have confirmed the exact name and wording (optional) for your sign print, it is printed in 2-12 hours
~Printing is delayed if we do not have the complete details so please make sure you include that in your PayPal payment or in a separate message
~Once printed, your sign print will be on its way. We always ship in less than 24 hours.
~We mark your item shipped and then send a detailed message. This detailed message will arrive in your eBay message box no later than 72 hours after your sign print has been already shipped.
Sign Print Arrival:
~USA customers: Items coming from Canada certainly take longer than within the USA, especially if they get delayed for inspection at Customs. Generally though, sign prints take 7-9 business days to arrive.
~CANADIAN customers: The further you are from Ontario, the longer it will take to arrive. Arrival times can range from 2-13 days.
~When we send you our post-sale detailed message, we try to give you an estimate of arrival. Please bear in mind that Canada Post can be inconsistent so our estimate could be off by a few days.

Your Print Creation:
- Our prints are designed by us. Glow effects and colour blends are altered to give you a range of choice with styles, designs and colours.
- Our sign prints are not framed
- Our prints are custom made with several variations and colours. If you are looking for a certain colour blend not shown, please ask before buying.
- We use premium gloss photo sheets 8-1/2" X 11". The graphic art you select is printed using a Heidelberg Printing Press.
- Once your print is completed, it is laid flat on a soft chamois to dry so the ink doesn't run and the paper does not come into contact with dust.
- Your print is then placed in a protective clear sheet, inserted into flexible folder covers, stabilized with an outer cardboard, and then carefully placed in an envelope.
- Any watermarks identifying our seller name will not show up in the finalized sign print
