| Q:What does your shipping & handling rate include? |

| A:SIGN PRINTS:::Postage plus 13% HST tax that we pay. Handling includes all packaging we include to make sure your print arrives safely. Clear Cover + Folder protection + large envelope. We recycle boxes to use as the extra stiffness.

| Q:How quickly does it get shipped to me? |

| A:We ship within 36 hours of payment as long as we have the complete information from you. If we don't have your precise information, this will delay shipment. |
| Q:How soon will I receive my sign print? |
|
| A:It usually takes about 7-10 days to arrive. Canadian shipment are quicker because they don't have to go through Customs. USA shipments may take a bit longer because they have to clear Customs. |
| Q:Is there any reason the shipment of my print could be delayed? |

| A:Some buyers forget to give us the name for the print, or forget to say whether they want a word like Room added to it. We usually send a message with a reminder. We can't ship until we receive a reply. |
| Q:What payment method do you prefer? |

| A:We prefer PayPal. It makes the entire transaction go much faster. |
| Q:My sign print or name magnet has arrived and the spelling is incorrect. |

| A:If we have made the mistake, we will certainly send out a new one right away. We save all emails regarding what the buyer wants printed. If it is the buyer's error, the buyer would need to pay for a new one + shipping. |
| Q:Do you accept any other payment methods? |

| A:Yes, we accept Canadian Money Orders with the USD conversion. We also accept money orders from the US but they must be International Money Orders.
We also accept bank money transfers from Canadians. |
| Q:I have a question about your ITEMS/GIFTS - not your sign prints. |

| A:Please just send us a question through "ask seller" if you are interested in our items or gifts not related to our sign prints. |

| A:PayPal echeck payments are not instant. While you may see the payment removed from your bank account quickly, we are advised by PayPal not to ship until they confirm the payment has cleared.
This can take anywhere from 5-11 days. |

| A:It usually takes about 6-9 days to arrive. Canadian shipment are quicker because they don't have to go through Customs. USA shipments may take a bit longer because they have to clear Customs. |

| A:Please pay within 4 days. Our unpaid item assistant program through eBay automatically opens an Unpaid Item Claim precisely 96 hours after item is purchased. |

| A:11 is the maximum. You can purchase 2 magnets and have it made into one larger one if required. |
| Q:Do you ship outside of North America? |
|
| A:Sometimes, we will ship to the UK depending on the history of the buyer. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Print, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a solution. |
| Q:What is your stand on feedback? |

| A:We consider a transaction to be complete once the buyer has the item in their possession. We sincerely appreciate your fast pymnt and will indicate so in our feedback to you...but we leave our FB once you've let us know you've received your item in perfect condition. ALL transactions remain on our Sold page for fast reference until FB is completed. |

| A:We honestly can't see why someone would find is necessary to leave non-positive feedback, but sure, you could be unhappy about something regarding the transaction. Please communicate with us first because we won't know unless you tell us. We answer all messages in no more than 12 hours but usually very quick. |
| Q:I have a special request for a Print. |

| A:We're all ears. If we can do it for you, we will definitely do so. |
| Q:Do you make them any bigger than 8.5" x 11"? (Poster Size) |

| A:No, at this time, we don't make them any bigger. Our decision was based on the fact that we do not want to send the prints rolled, and didn't want our buyers to incur higher shipping charges that would be associated with tube shipments. |

| A:We do have other prints that aren't listed. Please send us a message if you are looking for a particular character or theme. |
