Please checkout and send payment within 7 days of purchase or auction end or contact me to make alternative payment arrangements. This helps me keep track of unpaid items. I have paypal as the payment method on my listings, if you need to pay by cheque or postal order please contact me.
Please let me know if you are buying multiple items over a few days and I'll send your final invoice when your shopping is complete, inclusive of any combined postage discount due.

I have various postage options on my listings which should cover most needs, including Special Delivery next day by 1pm (weekday delivery only). Courier delivery can also be arranged if you’d like to use that service, costs start at £4.00 for a 3 – 5 day delivery time, similar to 2nd class post.

This service is not on my listings but I can use it should you need me to at £11.50 up to 500g parcel, £13.00 up to 1kg parcel, £16.00 up to 2kg parcel... please message me before paying so I can add it to your invoice.
Despatch
*Purchases are processed and despatched within 2 working days*
My main despatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays when I will despatch as soon as I can after). Purchases completed and paid for by the evening before will be sent on the above day. Later purchases may be sent although may need to wait until my next desaptch day, depending on how busy I am.
If you should need something urgently please message or phone me on 01548 853050. Where necessary I will despatch more often in a week.
I usually have a Saturday off and don't despatch parcels on that day... if you should need something sent urgently on a Saturday please phone me either the day/evening before to make sure I can do it.
Overseas post from the UK has an estimated delivery time of 4 - 10 days from the date I despatch it. Although the majority of items arrive within about a week, sometimes items may take a bit longer, especially outside Europe and to the USA. I have an option for International Signed For postage on most listings, I can also add the Airsure option on for you by request, these are both more expensive but should arrive a day or 2 faster and both have tracking numbers issued.
