Checkout & Payment
Please checkout and send payment within 7 days of purchase or auction end or contact me to make alternative payment arrangements. This helps me keep track of unpaid items.
I have paypal as the payment method on my listings, if you need to pay by cheque or postal order then please contact me.
Please let me know if you are buying multiple items over a few days and I'll send your final invoice when your shopping is complete. Any problems just let me know!

Postage & Packing
Please note this is a ‘postage and packing’ fee, which includes the actual postage cost with all other despatch costs. Whenever possible postage and packing will be combined on multiple purchases sent in the same parcel. This may not always be possible on larger, heavier items being sent overseas where it may be more cost effective to send them individually.
Combined costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. If unsure then please do ask me.
Where there is a FREE UK postage option on my listings this is for 2nd class/3 day courier postage which Royal Mail/Couriers estimate will be delivered within 3 working days. You will find a choice of faster postage options on all my listings should you need them.
You are welcome to return buy it now items within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please do contact me first so I know to expect it back, this helps me keep track of things and makes it quicker for me to sort out. Return postage costs are at buyers expense.
Your return reference is the 'record #' found on your invoice.
For faulty or not as described items postage costs will be covered by me. Original postage and packing charges will be refunded in either situation.
Have a problem
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have a problem or fault with your purchase, the sooner I know about it the sooner I can put it right.
Where an incorrect/faulty item has been received I will send a replacement where possible and will let you know if I need the item returned to me. Where a replacement is not possible I will issue a refund.
Items lost or damaged in the post
“Please don’t panic, items are very rarely lost or damaged in transit but as with everything there are a few exceptions to the rule. I have proof of posting for all items despatched… here’s what you need to do.”
Item not arrived
Firstly, if your item hasn’t arrived please check with your neighbours and/or local collection office... if you were out when your postie called he may well have left it with a neighbour or, if unable to do that, he will have taken it back to your local delivery office where it will be awaiting collection or you can re-arrange delivery for a day you are in. Often the postie's note gets lost or mislad and I receive parcels back to me as not collected a few weeks after queries about non-receipt so please do check. If your postman has tried to deliver your item it will be held for 18 days at your local collection office before being returned to me. Should your local office be unable to trace your parcel then contact me and I will do the rest. Where possible I will send a replacement or if that’s not possible, I will issue a refund.
You can get details of your local Delivery or Enquiry Office by phoning Royal Mail's dedicated Delivery Office information line on 0845 6050767. This automated service will give you the address and opening hours of your nearest Delivery Office or Enquiry Office.
Royal Mail considers an item lost 15 days after the despatch date within the UK (25 days for overseas post) at which time a claim for loss can be initiated with Royal Mail. Where an alternative arrangement has been agreed and a longer or slower delivery service has been used, it will then be necessary to wait the maximum length of time for that service prior to making a claim.
I do take missing items seriously and all instances of items that fail to arrive are reported to Royal Mail to help them improve their service to customers and identify any problem areas in the service/network and to monitor areas where possible theft/fraud is being committed. Royal Mail may also wish to contact you regarding the loss.
Item has arrived damaged
There is no need to return the damaged item. Please don't throw the item or its packaging away, contact me immediately with details and photographs and I will do the rest. Where possible I will replace it or if that’s not possible, I will issue a refund.
Please hold on to the item along with its packaging for 28 days as Royal Mail may ask to see them.
