 Q: Are there UPS brokerage fees on top of the shipping charge?
  A: The Canada shipping program we offer is fully landed to the customers door. Whatever the listed shipping and handling charge is for UPS Canada ground and UPS Canada LTL (truck) includes duties and brokerage fees.
 Q: Do you offer any less expensive shipping options?
  A: At this time the lowest dependable shipping rates are listed on the item. There are no other options available at this time.
 Q: Do you offer shipping to Canada?
  A: Yes, Northerntool ships all items listed on to Canada.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes. Shipping should combine automatically. If it doesn't or if you are not sure if it has, please request a total.
 Q: How long do I have to pay?
  A: We allow 7 days for payment. After 7 days we automatically submit the item to eBay as unpaid. Remember that we don't know what you are thinking if you don't tell us so please be sure to let us know if there is a mistake or error in your purchase or if there will be a delay in payment so that we can take action and avoid unpaid item cases in eBay.
 Q: Can I pick up the item from you.
  A: We do not offer any local pickups at this time.
 Q: Can I get a discount?
  A: We apologize for the inconvenience but we are unable to sell any of our eBay listings for less than we currently have them listed.
 Q: If I buy more than one is there a price break?
  A: We will certainly provide combined shipping when we can but we are unable to sell any of our eBay listings for less than we have them listed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
 Q: I've changed my mind and do not want to buy an item and I have not paid for it yet. What now?
  A: Just email us and let us know. We will submit a cancel request for the item and void the transaction.
 Q: I've changed my mind and do not want to buy an item but I have already paid for it. What now?
  A: Most orders are received into our system and go into a locked state within an hour of purchase. Once an order is locked it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been made, we will do everything we can to cancel it, but please understand that most orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted.
 Q: I gave you the wrong shipping address. How do I change it?
  A: If you have not paid for the item yet you can change the address by using the ebay address link in your My eBay profile. However, If the item has already been paid for, we will not be able to change the address in the order. EBay policy requires shipping to the address in the transaction and any change would constitue a violation of eBay policy
 Q: Can I call you with order questions?
  A: Product questions can be directed to 1-800-221-0516. Returns or damaged item questions can be directed to 1-800-222-5381. General eBay questions can be directed to 952-894-9510 ext 8447. Please have your phone number, eBay item number and last name ready and we will be happy to help you with your eBay product questions.
 Q: I need to buy more of an item than you have listed. Do you have more?
  A: In most cases we will have more and can list them if requested. Please send us an email and we will list more for you if available.
 Q: Why are you charging me tax?
  A: We have agreements in place with the Canadian government to collect tax on all orders that ship from our company. These taxes are required for our company to do business within Canada. You can see the tax rate table in our store pages.
 Q: What shipping carriers do you use.
  A: UPS is our preffered ground shipment carrier. We also use selected freight carriers for some shipments.
