Gang Symbols (I verify all symbols before drawing them, Swazis are ok with context like a WW2 theme) No exceptions
Illegal Subjects (Drugs, prostitution, Gang Violence)
Sexual themes(Nude is ok as long as it is tasteful, no pornography) No exceptions
Openly Commmunistic themes (Absolutely no red art, no exceptions)
Anthros -- Unless you want to pay extra
Complex backgrounds -- unless you want to pay extra
Any art commissioned through E-bay will have to adhere to company rules. If E-bay does not allow it to be sold on their site I cannot sell it on E-Bay. That means no commissions for any Nazi leader or notorious member of a terrorist or WN organization. Also I will not draw any portraits of fugitives and felons while they are still incarcerated while they are still alive. If they are dead, they would have to have been deceased for at least 100 years before I would draw them according to E-Bay TOS.
All work is done with specified mediums, if you request a specific medium that is not listed below it may cost extra

I hold the right to deny any and all comissions that I find to be inappropriate, vulgar, insulting or distatesful. I will not resell your commissions for any reason without permission. I may use any and all commissions in a personal portfolio.
Your Rights
You may use the art for a tattoo and/or personal reasons. It is NOT to be reposted ANYWHERE online without prior permission or resold under any circumstance, for profit or other. You have a right to a high quality final piece. If the final outcome does not meet your liking, I will redo it once more for free.
Copyrighted Characters
I will draw copywrited characters and site their rightful company in the description. If you wish me to draw the OC of another artist, I will first gaim permission from said artist. If the commission is meant to be a surprise gift, I will find other methods. |
