Order processing
The low prices and fees in the eBay listing are possible and conditional on allowing us the efficiency of handling your order the same way as we do for everyone else, in the order cleared by Paypal.
If you want anything done differently, You may contact us for a CUSTOM order - BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING.
1.Your eBay item will be shipped to your EBAY SHIPPING ADDRESS. Ebay prints your shipping label and barcodes, and eBay only uses this address.
Your Invoice will be made your eBay shipping address as well. Alternate addressing is not offered in the ebay listing.
2. We are selling from EXISTING LISTINGS only. Any listing or quantity that is not shown on eBay is not offered for trade.
3. Your parts will be prepared and packed in a static safe way.
Different parts will be packaged separately and safely. We will not "just toss everything into a box".
Work on your order will take 1-2 business days from from Paypal payment clearance.
Count only BUSINESS days/hours. We are here from 7am to 5pm Mon-Fri, except holidays. For a payment cleared on Friday at 10pm, under worst case conditions, 2 business days will end Tuesday 10pm. The next USPS opening will be Wednesday 8am.
4. Local pick-up is not available.
INTERNATIONAL preparation takes longer since Customs forms must be filled out, which became more complex since June 1st 2010 - now is a 3-part form. Paypal clearance may not happen instantly if you are on the other side of the planet.
5. Items will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail / Airmail.
6. All shipments will contain a packing slip which identifies our transaction.
7. All packages will bear your address EXACTLY AS YOU HAVE ENTERED IT INTO THE EBAY SHIPPING ADDRESS form. We will not add or remove anything from this address.
We cannot write addresses by hand.
Paypal holds us responsible to specifically use the address they provide.
EBAY makes buyer responsible to ensure their shipping address is up-to-date at the moment of payment. Your payment commits the order as-is.
INTERNATIONAL:
The package may bear our eBay ID. It will not be a "plain" package.
Asking me to declare your shipment as "GIFT" is a violation of eBay and Paypal regulations and constitutes fraud.
Paypal fees
Paypal fees are proportional to items bought and must be included in S&H.
Paypal fees are much higher for international payments than domestic ones, and we are also charged currency exchange fees. These are included in S&H.
If you need phone numbers, or other codes or info written on your package, that is NOT included in the eBay transaction.
That would be a Custom order.
Combined shipping
Make your purchases for up to 3 days.
At the end, request total from me. (it may take 24 hours to get total). The invoice will reflect savings of roughly 2/3 off compared to purchasing items individually, for items that do have an S&H charge.
This applies only to semiconductors.
Heavy, bulky items like ferrite cores, motors, power supplies, and other hardware will have their S&H information in their own description.
For items that have an S&H amount, the S&H for first and additional lots can be found under the "SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS" tab.
Auction items combine with other orders with a discount of 2/3 off (67% savings).
Auction items DO NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL QUANTITIES available. The quantity of an auction item is ONLY that stated in the auction.
Combining orders is entirely controlled by the buyer. YOU MUST MAKE A SINGLE PAYMENT TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS COMBINED in a single package.
Making multiple payments costs me more, so you are eliminating your discounts.
Payment is required within 3 days (72 hours) of any win or purchase, so you may combine purchases for a maximum of 3 days.
If your transaction is blocked:
It means we do not ship to your location.
There is a risk of package loss, long delay ( 8 weeks ), or Customs problems.
And since you like to have Paypal protection, Paypal requires Signature proof of delivery(+ $16).
