| Q:Returns? |

| A:Due to the nature of my auction templates, refunds are not provided for once the item has been delivered via email. I do provide support for my templates and try to answer all questions promptly. |
| Q:International Shipping |

| A:All of my auction templates are shipped via email. If you are an international buyer, you are charged $1.00 to cover the cost of shipping my post card. If you do not require a post card, please request an invoice with FREE EMAIL SHIPPING. |

| A:All of my templates are sent as a TEXT file attachment to you via email. I send the templates to the email address that you have listed with ebay. If you need your templates sent to a different email address, please provide that information in the PayPal notes section. I also send a post card to each buyer as a follow up. |

| A:The link back to my ebay store must remain at the bottom of each template that your purchase, giving me credit for my designs.
The template you purchase is for YOUR use only. You may not sell or give the template to others for use.

| A:Upon purchasing, please provide the name of the design that you'd like in your Paypal notes.
I can install your storefront purchase for you. Please keep in mind that I will need to log onto your account to do the installation.

| Q:How fast will I get my item? |

| A:I try to ship your templates to you ASAP. Providing a valid email address provides for faster shipping.
I do provide a followup message through eBay indicating that I have sent your template(s) and the email address that I sent it to. |

| A:Each template comes with a link to my Hints and Tips document. This document provides details instructions on using my templates. |
| Q:Recommended Image Hosts |
|
| A:Currently, I recommend Smugmug.com, Datazap.net, Auctiva.com, and Inkfrog.com for image hosting. Some of these sites are free, while others have a monthly free. You can choose the site that works best for you. These are not the only options available, just the ones that I recommend. |

| A:I retain all rights to my graphics and will host them for you to use for free with your template purchase. |
| Q:Other Services |

| A:My templates do work with Turbo Lister and they can be modified to work with Sellersourcebook, Auctiva and Inkfrog. If you would like me to install your templates for you on Auctiva and Inkfrog, just request that in your PayPal notes at the time of purchase. I will need your log on information to do the installation. This is a FREE service. |

| A:You don't need any extra software to use my templates. All of the work is done inside of ebay. You only need to be able to copy and paste to get started. |
