PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are available for purchase when listed on eBay. We sell out of the inventory at our retail store. When an eBay listed item sells in our retail store, we remove the item from eBay as quickly as possible. However, we're human and make our share of mistakes. So, occasionally an item sells on eBay that is no longer available. If/when this happens, we will cancel the eBay transaction then refund your payment. We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to call us to verify availability. Items not in stock may ship from the manufacture.
PRODUCT QUALITY
All products are first quality items from the named manufacture, unless clearly stated. We do not sell imitation look-alike items. We do not sell used. We buy direct from the manufacture or distributor. Most of the items listed on eBay are sold out of the inventory of our retail store. Out of stock items will drop-ship direct to you from the manufacture.
PAYMENTS
On eBay, we accept PayPal only. Payment is due immediately with BUY IT NOW. Otherwise, payment is due within 24 hours after close of auction. We will not halt an auction or otherwise set aside an item till you're ready or able to pay for it. Please make your purchase when you are ready to pay for the item. If this item is listed with the MAKE OFFER option, please feel free to send us an offer. Otherwise, please simply use BUY IT NOW. We do not provide layaway or other payment arrangements for items listed on eBay.
SHIPPING
Shipping Address - Most importantly, we ship to the PayPal Confirmed Addresses which comes across with your order. We will not ship to a different address you provide after making your purchase. If you want us to ship to another address, put it in Paypal and get it "confirmed".
Carriers - Although we use "UPS Ground" in our listings, we ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS at our discretion. UPS does not ship to a PO Box and not all items can be shipped via USPS. We will not use your carrier account number.
We Ship Fast! - Orders (with cleared payment) received before Noon on a business day, are typically shipped the same day; otherwise they ship the following business day. Purchases made on Friday will ship on Monday. Items shipped from the manufacture may require an extra 1 to 2 days for added processing. Paypal eChecks usually clear in 4 to 6 business days and we will ship once they clear.
Combined Shipping - Combined shipping works best with small, lightweight items and rarely works with clothes and boots. In very rare instances, we may refund a portion of your shipping charges on single purchases of multiple items.
APO/FPO, and US Territories/Protectorates - Please ask for a shipping quote before making a purchase. Due to inadequacies in the eBay shipping calculator system, eBay does not allow us to enter appropriate shipping charges for shipping to these areas. Once you make your purchase, we will invoice you via PayPal and agree to pay the additional shipping charges in a timely manner, regardless whether you asked for a shipping quote. Local pick-up is not available for items purchased on eBay. However, we are an 8000 sq ft, full-service western wear store located about 50 miles north of Houston, Texas, in the Magnolia - Tomball - The Woodlands area. All items listed on eBay are available for sale in the store . Prices listed on eBay and in the retail store may differ.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We welcome international buyers. International shipments typically use USPS Express Mail because it is less expensive than UPS. However, we reserve the right to ship whatever method we feel is suitable. Yes, USPS Priority Mail is less expensive, but it is not trackable. The sales price and shipping does not include any Import Duties, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Import duties are normally collected by the delivery freight/shipping company or when the item is picked up. Please do not mistake or confuse these as additional shipping or freight charges. We do not under-value our merchandise or mark them as “gifts” on the customers form. US and International government customs regulations disallow such fraudulent activity. If we have not configured the listing for shipping to your country, please email us for a quote. International sales may not be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot ship Ariat products internationally.
SALES TAX
We collect Texas sales tax of 6.25% to all shipments to Texas addresses. Shipping charges are taxable for items shipped to Texas addresses.
RETURNS
Return of items purchased with Buy It Now are easy. Within the return period noted on the listing, simply complete the following 4 steps..
- Call for a RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number.
- Re-box the item (along with a note indicating refund or exchange for a different size), wrap in brown kraft paper, and write the RMA# on the outside of the box.
- Give item to carrier. We strongly recommend using a carrier which provides adequate insurance and a tracking number.
- Using the eBay message system, send us your tracking#.
The item does not have to land back in our hands within the return period, but it must be given to the carrier during the return period. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible - typically the same day but not more than 3 business days later.
Please note the following applies to returns for refund or exchange:
- Customer pays for return shipping charges, and all future shipping on exchanges.
- For shipments within the state of Texas, the cost of shipping is taxable.
- Items must be returned in new condition with all unremoved tags and original packaging. Please, no "my dog ate my homework" excuses. No returns once tags are removed. Period.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $15 restocking fee is assessed on items returned for refund which were sold with free shipping.
- A 50% restocking fee is assessed on refused shipments that are returned to us.
- Wrap all returns in brown kraft paper or use poly shipping bags.
- No returns on international sales.
Items sold with methods other than Buy It Now (such as Make Offer or in an Auction-style listing) are not returnable. These items are sold as a final sale with no returns allowed for any reason. These items will be noted as not returnable in the listing. So bid accordingly. You assume all responsibility for applicability and suitability of the items for your use. If you're unsure of your size on a non-returnable item, you should buy it only if you are OK with owning it forever, or reselling it yourself. If it's listed as non-returnable, it's not returnable.
