Over the RainBow offers everyday promotional combined shipping on all hair bows. Pay no more than $2.00 for all hair bows purchased within a 2 week time frame with no item limit! Sorry, but clothes are not included in the promotional shipping, but I will be glad to add them in with your clothing order for a combined weight. Please hold payment until you are finished shopping so that you are only charged once for shipping. If you pay with each transaction, you will be charged a separate shipping fee each time you pay.
