How soon can I expect my order to ship after it has been paid for? All orders will be scheduled to ship within 1 to 3 business days AFTER our verification dept verifies and contests the validity of the payment information provided.

What shipping methods do you use, and can I upgrade my shipping? We use UPS and USPS as primary shipping sources. Yes, Shipping method can be upgraded for an additional fee.

Do you ship to alternate addresses? Yes, but must be verified by payment method/either paypal or credit card.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do ship internationally. APO, FPO, and Canadian bidders. Please note any import duties or fees are the buyers responsibility. As Authorized Sigma dealers we do not ship to Germany.

What if I hit the "Buy it Now" by mistake? Normally, all buyers are responsible for their actions and are held accountable for the bid they have contracted. We understand that it does happen and if you explain the situation honestly we will cancel the order.

SIcamera offers a 10 day exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturer and manufacturer provides a claim number. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by SIcamera, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted. Replacement items will be exchanged within 10days from the day the customer received the original item. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Refunds less shipping will be conducted per basis. Exchanges only accepted within 10 days and according to listed guidelines.
