The reason for four stars is the items shipped were parts that would work and function properly, but not the advertised color. The image showed a black part and the parts received were white. This was a "personal issue" because I wanted dress everything with black parts. The Seller rectified this quickly. Great seller to work with and do business with again. AAA+++

The part I got was in Rockautos beaten package, and it is defective. The seller has had 3 whole business days to reply my numerous messages, but chose not to. I have no choice but to issue a full refund. Lost about a month already with this, and that is way more expensive than this part was. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER!

The issue you told us about was that you were charged taxes and you didn't think you should have been. The seller (we) do not handle any tax collection or payment on eBay, this is solely handled by eBay itself. We have 0 control over this, but we advised you to get in contact with eBay about this.
