Return: All returns must be applied within 14 days of receipt with the original receipt orinvoice. The shipping cost is not refundable. You need to have return authorization by contacting us. There will be no restocking fee for every good item returned.
Warranty: Performance part warrants its entire product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 60 days whichever occurs from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. This limited warranty does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Performance Part for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
