        Payment

Pete’s Outdoor Sports accepts PayPal secure payments only.  PayPal is a secure site that sends money to sellers without revealing your financial information.  Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase date.  For fastest service & shipping, immediate payment is recommended.  We will not process your
order before payment has cleared.  Pete’s Outdoor Sports can not be held responsible for out of stock items if payment is not made immediately.   

Shipping Policy

Pete’s Outdoor Sports will always strive to process & ship your order within 48 hours of receiving payment, unless your item is not in stock.  We order & receive shipments several times a week so your item will arrive to you within the “ebay specified” 7-10 days.  When your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number.  During Holidays, shipping may be slower, due to high volume.  We also offer expedited shipping for those who need it, please email us “before” you pay.
We also offer combined shipping on many items, please email for the price “before” you pay.  We ship all items using the USPS.  We will not ship any items before
it is paid in full.  Pete’s Outdoor Sports sells items locally as well as on the internet.  Occasionally we run out of stock, due to local sales, even though
the quantities shows the item is in stock.  We will always strive to have your item shipped to you within the Ebay Specified 7-10 days.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us.  Please contact us ASAP with any problems or concerns.  Pete’s Outdoor Sports wants you, the customer,
to be happy.  Please give us the opportunity to make it right.

     *Any New Item purchased from Pete’s Outdoor Sports through Ebay may be returned except for gloves, socks, face masks, apparel worn next to the skin, and

           mouth operated game calls. (For Samitary Reasons)
     *Any Defective merchandise is covered under the original manufacturer's warranty and must be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

     *New, un-opened, un-used, un-installed items will be refunded less 10% for re-stocking fees.

     *Opened items, in saleable condition, (no scratches, no dents, no rips, etc) will be refunded less 25% due to the fact that we can not re-sell the item as new.

     *Less original shipping charges

     *Less Ebay listing fees

     *So long as the item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date

     *No refunds on return shipping to Pete's Outdoor Sports.

Pete’s Outdoor Sports will not reimburse the customer for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges or ebay listing fee’s.  All items must be

returned with insured shipping to protect against damage.  All customers have a choice of a refund or store credit for the balance of the returned item.
