INTERNATIONAL SALES/CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
The bidder is fully responsible for paying any brokerage fees, duties or taxes on international orders. We must and will fully comply with all regulations set forth by shipping carriers and by customs. We will not falsify any information on customs/carrier paperwork.
FEEDBACK:
Communication with our buyers is important to us. We leave feedback AFTER the item is recieved, not immediately after payment has been submitted. We appreciate prompt payments & emails, however, we do not consider the transaction complete until the bidder has recieved the item, is satisfied with the purchase,and has left feedback to indicate so. At that time we consider the transaction to be complete and will leave positive feedback in return.
We don't typically anticipate a problem with a transaction, however should an incident occur, we appreciate the chance to work with the buyer to correct any problems & resolve any issues. PLEASE EMAIL US and we will be sure to help work out a resolution that is acceptable for both parties.
RETURNS:
Returns will be handled on an individual basis. The buyer is responsible for the return postage of an item and the original postage costs are nonrefundable, unless we determine there was an error on our part in the auction or shipping. In most cases, refunds will not be given until the original item is returned in the exact condition it was sent.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania residents to add 6% sales tax. Any submission of individual state taxes to all other sales shipped outside of Pennsylvania, are the responsibility of the buyer if necessary in their particular state.
