| Step 1: Purchase
a Cosmetic Gun, Cosmetic Needles, Cosmetic Tips for Needles, Cosmetic
Tube for Gun
|
Step 2:
Take 1 of each of your Tip, Needle and Tube plus your gun out. |
| Step 3: Take
the Cosmetic needle, Cosmetic Tube, Cosmetic Tip out of the sterilization
pouch.
|
Step 4: If
you have a machine that has a metal Tube, take this off by unscrewing. |
Step 5: Replace
the Metal Tube with the Clear Plastic Tube. |
Step 6: Preparing
the Needle. To help insure the needle stays inside the gun, bending
the needle like an S seems to work really well. So bend the needle now.
|
Step 7: Push
the bent needle into the slot of the Cosmetic Gun. As you push the needle
in it will start to straighten out, but since it is still crinked, it
will create tension inside the slot and will hold itself in place.
|
Step 8: Push
Needle all the way till it won't go any further. |

How to)
What do I need to get started?
1) Cosmetic Gun
2) Cosmetic Tip – these are what guides the needles – these
are disposable.
3) Cosmetic Needles – Special needles that can only be used with
the Cosmetic Gun
4) Cosmetic Tubes – this is the end of the gun. Portion of the
machine that the needle and tip go in and slide over. If you have a
steel tube, you can reuse and sterilize. Problem with this is that it
will take time. If you’re a busy salon or shop, disposable tubes
are the way to go. |
My Needle keeps falling out.
Our cosmetic needles are .35mm thick. Meaning they are easy enough to
bend by hand and do not fit 100% into the needle guide of our machines…
Why do we make them this way? We have found that they are easier to
insert into the machine and easier to work with.
In order to help avoid the needle from falling out. Follow these steps
1) Put Tube onto gun if not already done so.
2) Take end of cosmetic needle, bend it ever so slightly, remember these
are very thin and easy to bend. We are just trying to bend it slightly.
3) Insert the now bent needle into the needle guide through the tube.
4) As your pushing the needle in, the slight bend will start to straighten
inside the needle guide. This slight bend creates the tension needed
to hold the needle firmly in place.
5) Take the needle tip and put over the needle. Needle end should be
slightly exposed.
Your ready. |
