I contacted the seller they listed the item "New." Seller's only notation was that box showed "edge wear." When the package FINALLY arrived (the seller printed the priority shipping label Nov. 21st, so I'm expecting to receive it around the 24th; it doesn't arrive on the 24th, and I look at tracking in eBay- I see it wasn't dropped off at USPS until the 24th, so the seller waited 3 days to drop of my package). The tree skirt's original seals were broken on 3/4 four sides; seller denied knowing.
