Q. How are tickets shipped? A. Tickets will be shipped registered mail via Canada Post Xpresspost with a tracking number for only $9.99. Tickets are usually shipped same day after I receive payment and only take approx. 1-2 business days to ship within Calgary. I offer FREE combine shipping on additional tickets.
Q: Do you offer local pick up? A. Yes, Free Local Pickup in Calgary is available. I can meet up with the winning bidder anywhere in Calgary.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. We accept PayPal (Confirmed Address), Interact Email Money Transfer, or Cash. We prefer cash on delivery for local pick-up orders. Payment must be made within 48 hours from the end of the auction.
Q. What are the seat numbers? A. Sorry, but to protect the buyer and seller, the seat numbers are disclosed only to the buyer after you purchase the tickets, and only at the buyers request. Q. What’s your Return Policy? A. All sales are final. Tickets CANNOT be returned. We will offer a full 100% refund if the event is cancelled. If the event is rescheduled, the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled.
Q. Can I cancel after I place an order? A. No. All sales are final. There are no cancellations or exchanges. You can only cancel your order if the specific tickets are no longer available and you do not want similar tickets. Once you have agreed to similar tickets, the transaction is processed and you can no longer cancel.
Q. What if my tickets are lost or stolen? A. When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Q. How is the price of the tickets determined? A. Ticket prices are based upon the current market value, which is influenced by supply and demand. This price is what customers are willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event. It may either be more or less than the price printed on the ticket. Brokers usually pay over face value to obtain tickets. The better the seat and the more popular the event, the more a broker must pay. Other factors influence the final price determination such as the actual cost of purchasing the ticket, how difficulty the ticket is to obtain and it and the established market value for seats in similar locations. Therefore, we constantly update our ticket prices to accurately reflect the current market value. Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Q. How are the tickets priced? A. We are an independent ticket broker. We have no affiliation with ticketmaster.com, or any venue, team or box office. We are secondary ticketing market specialists who work hard to obtain and provide premium and affordable seating to all events. Many tickets are sold at above face value and that reflects our servicing costs of obtaining and providing such tickets to our customers. Any amount above face value reflects a service charge to cover the cost of obtaining and providing the tickets to you, the consumer.
Q. What are TicketFast tickets? A. TicketFast tickets are soft copy of tickets in .pdf file format that can be open and printed at your home, office or other places using free software Adobe reader. Q. Are all your tickets TicketFast or hard tickets? A. No, my all tickets are not ticketfast. If the tickets are ticketsfast, it will be clearly mentioned in the listing description as Electronic tickets that can be eMailed and so free shipping. Majority of our tickets will be hard copy tickets.
