| Brand New in Retail Box |
This item is brand new and has never
been used. It comes in the manufacturer's original retail box and is sealed. |
| Brand New OEM |
This item is brand new and has never
been used. It does not come in a retail box and is shipped in plain white or
brown boxes instead. Generally, you can save money by purchasing OEM
products simply because you're not paying for the extra marketing and the
fancy box that accompany products at retail stores. |
| Brand New (Open Box) |
These are generally brand new
products. We may have opened the box to examine the contents or for picture
taking purposes. The item may not have been used physically and may still be
in unused condition. |
| Refurbished |
This item is refurbished. This means
that the product was once purchased and returned. Customers return products
for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the
product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month
later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as
reconditioned or refurbished to be resold. Refurbished products have been
inspected, tested and restored to full working condition by the manufacturer
or service center. They may feature new housings or other new parts, or they
may simply be used but have been fully tested and recertified.
A refurbished product may have serial numbers blackened out or removed.
Unless otherwise noted in the auction description, refurbished products are
usually packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes/packages. Certain
non-critical components such as cables, manuals or accessories may not be
included. Quite often, manuals and drivers are available by the manufacturer
through their website. Similar to the Brand New items, refurbished
products may come in Refurbished Retail Boxes, or Refurbished OEM. |
| Like New |
The item has been used or slightly
used, however it functions perfectly like a brand new unit. Physically,
there may be slight signs of usage or wear, but often not noticeable unless
you're inspecting for it. |
| Good |
The item has been used with signs of
wear, but not excessive. It is still operating and can perform all the
features and functions it was created for. Some basic components or
accessories may be missing or not included. |
| Working |
The item has been used with signs of
wear. It can still perform the some of the vital functions. Any functions
that do not work should be described in the auction description. Some basic
components or accessories may be missing or not included. This unit may show
signs of damage or have some damage. |
| Not Working |
The item does not work and is sold
AS-IS. Normally sold for people needing spare parts or have knowledge to
repair item. |
