What does the phone come with?

The items included in the auction are ALWAYS detailed in the auction. Please take the time to read the details carefully.

Used phones include a battery and a home/wall charger.

Brand New phones include the user manual, literature, any included CD-ROMs and OEM Accessories originally packaged with the phone.


What is the ESN of the phone?

While we previously never included ESN, IMEI, or MEID numbers with auctions for security reasons, we are testing the idea of now providing them in the auction for your convenience. However, if the serial number is not provided, it means that it is not offered in advance and will only be provided to the winner of the auction, so please do not ask for it. ESN, IMEI and MEID number availability may vary by carrier.

While not all ESN, IMEI & MEID number will be available to bidders, WE UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEE that all phones we sell are free of any encumberances. Yes, this includes Sprint as well as all other carriers. We personally verify every phone we sell, and guarantee they can all be used and activated on the networks we claim.

Will you please e-mail me a picture of the exact phone you are selling?

NO. We sell 30 phones per day, and field 200 e-mails per day. We do not have the time to do this. Instead, we accurately and conservatively describe the condition of each phone.

We have very few problems with this system, and a lot of happy customers.


Does this auction include the User's Manual, Car Charger, etc?

All extra items aside from the phone, home charger, and battery will be notated by orange text in the auction.


Where can I find the user's manual for this phone if the auction doesn't come with one?

All phone manufacturers supply their User's Manuals free of charge, it's just a matter of knowing where to look. We've comprised a small list of most major phone manufacturers and their User Manual support section:

Why is there conflicting information in the auction?

We use eBay's Pre-Filled Item Information to assist our customers in finding the product they're looking for. We ask that you understand eBay's database is limited and therefore will not always be 100% accurate.

The EXACT details of the phone are as stated in the auction, NOT in the pre-filled item info. We are capable of making errors, however, and if you feel we have made one, feel free to contact us and ask.


When will I receive my phone?

We typically ship 2-3 business days after your payment clears into our account (Please Note: Personal Checks take 10 business days from date of receipt to clear. PayPal users are not exempt from a waiting period if PayPal is to hold your payment for reasons beyond our control).

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and offer upgrades to Express Mail services. Average Priority Mail ship-time is approximately 3-5 delivery days and USPS Express Mail is next-day and second-day delivery nationwide. These times are based on information directly from the United States Postal Service and keep in mind USPS does not count Sundays as delivery days. International ship-time is dependant on many factors beyond our control. Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee as outlined in the auction.

If you would like to expedite delivery of your item, we offer upgrades to USPS Express Mail shipping for an upcharge of $15 (in addition to the standard shipping charge). Keep in mind that your item will not leave our facility any sooner; you are upgarding the carrier's speed of delivery.

There are 3 steps for the $15 shipping method upgrade:

1 Verify that your item has not yet shipped. (You can check this via the link to Shipping Info at the top of the original auction page.)

2 Deposit the correct amount into our PayPal account (ebay@replaceaphone.com).

3 Notify us, through ebay email, that you have done so. Be sure to title your email: “Upgrade Shipping, auction# xxxxxxxxxx,” and include the PayPal transaction ID in the body of your message. In addition to the email, you can call our customer service office at (407) 574-7615 to alert us to the upgrade request.

If you have any questions about any of the steps above, please call our customer service office at (407) 574-7615.

In the event that we are not able to catch your package and upgrade your shipping before it leaves our office, we will, of course, issue you a prompt refund of the upgrade fee.


What is your return policy?

Unless specified otherwise in the auction, we guarantee that any USED handset we sell will function 100% correctly when you receive it. You have 48 hours from delivery to notify us of an equipment failure. In situations of USED equipment failure, we will verify the problem, then issue a prompt refund.

It is the responsibility of the customer to know what kind of phone, features, or technology (CDMA, TDMA, GSM, etc…) they require. Purchasing the incorrect phone for your needs is not a refundable situation.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process:

1) Notify us, via email, of the problem with the item. We will first attempt to help you troubleshoot the item, if possible. If troubleshooting fails to correct the problem, we will send you an email authorizing the return.

2) Print a copy of your RMA email and include it in your return packaging.

3) Note the auction number clearly on your return package.

4) Ship the item back to us.

(If we are able to verify the problem exists, return shipping reimbursments are limited to $4.50.)

NOTE: Failure to notify us of your intent to return a phone and begin the RMA process PRIOR to shipping the item back will result in our refusal of the package and a refund. All shipping costs of unauthorized returns are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

All NEW phones covered by manufacturer warranty must go through the manufacturer’s process for exchange/return.


My item was shipped via USPS, where’s my tracking information?

USPS does not do tracking in the conventional sense, rather, they use delivery confirmation which usually does not show any activity beyond “label created” before the package arrives at its destination. While USPS shipping generally takes 2-3 business days, it may take up to 5-6 business days.


I’ve lost my confirmation e-mails with my shipping/tracking information, where can I find it?

You can always find your shipping/tracking information by clicking on “Shipping Info” at the top of the original auction page.


I paid with PayPal, can you ship to a different address than my default PayPal address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any other address. Shipping to another address voids our insurance and PayPal's policies dictate we cannot ship to any address other than one that has been confirmed.

We will ONLY ship to your confirmed address if you pay via PayPal. Please make changes in PayPal before payment if you wish it shipped elsewhere.


I've bought a Verizon Wireless phone from you and need to update my account with the new ESN, how do I do this and are there any fees?

To update your ESN on file with Verizon Wireless, you can call their 800 number and change it over the phone but you will be charged service fees to do so. However, you can also change it from your account @ www.verizonwireless.com using the "My Account" feature, this method does not have any extra fees.


I just received my phone and it's not turning on. What should I do?

While we try and make sure that our phones have enough of a charge to power up when they arrive, sometimes they don't. If your phone is not turning on immediately after arrival, charge it for 6 to 8 hours and then try turning it on again.


The phone seems to be malfunctioning. What should I do?

Although, due to our comprehensive testing methods it is rare, we always regret to hear this. If your phone does seem to be malfunctioning, please follow these steps:

1) Charge the phone for 6-8 hours. Not all features are functional if the battery is at a minimal charge.

2) If the phone is fully charged and is still malfunctioning, contact us immediately via the email link in the auction. We have an in-house technician available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.


I purchased a brand new phone from you and do not want it or it is malfunctioning, what should I do?

All new phones come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty and any warranty/return issues will be handled through the manufacturer directly. We will supply you with their warranty department contact information upon request.
