| A:Unless specified in the description, we cannot guarantee the country of origin or which backstamp will appear on the item. We do guarantee that it will be an authentic piece made by this manufacturer and with any of the stamps they have used during the production of the pattern. |

| A:We don't generally classify items as new or used. This is mostly because we generally do not know. We get our items from a large variety of sources. Whether the items come directly from an individual or store, we really have no way of knowing if they were actually used or not. We can only categorize them by condition based on the pattern age. |
