A: Unless a different amount is specified in the listing, rates are as follows: U.S. orders shipped Economy are FREE, Standard shipping is $7.99 per order. Canadian shipments have a flat rate charge of $29.99 PER ORDER. This charge does not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. For international rates please refer to the listing.
 Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We are sorry, but our prices are non-negotiable. Our retail prices are based on our own supply, demand, and of course how much it cost us to obtain the merchandise.
 Q: Do you offer Insurance?
A: All packages shipped are 100% guaranteed by us, meaning if there’s any breakage or loss we will replace the order (if available) or refund the damaged/lost merchandise in full. We do not charge any additional fees for this service.
 Q: Do you combine orders/shipping?
A: Yes, we can combine any UNPAID Auction and/or Buy It Now purchases made within a 3 day period onto 1 invoice for you. Ebay's checkout system will automatically combine any UNPAID purchases onto 1 invoice for you, so please wait until all your auctions or store purchases have ENDED before completing our Checkout.
Q: Can I get a picture of the backstamp?
A: Unless specified in the description, we cannot guarantee the country of origin or which backstamp will appear on the item. We do guarantee that it will be an authentic piece made by this manufacturer and with any of the stamps they have used during the production of the pattern.
Q: Is the buy it now price the price per piece or for the full amount offered?
A: The 'Buy it Now' price is the price per piece.
Q: Is this new or used?
A: We don't generally classify items as new or used. This is mostly because we generally do not know. We get our items from a large variety of sources. Whether the items come directly from an individual or store, we really have no way of knowing if they were actually used or not. We can only categorize them by condition based on the pattern age.
