We ship via UPS and USPS.Of course pick ups are welcome. International buyers are required also purchase insurance and return receipt if shipped via USPS. We do not mark merchandise as gifts.

Customer service & return policy  

Saddles: Within 10 days of receiving product you may return the saddle for any reason as long as it is unridden and like new. There is a restocking fee withheld and the buyer is to pay all shipping charges. Each ad will have the restock fee charged listed. The remaining amount will be repaid in the manner it came to us.
