| A:We typically do not add a BIN once an item is already listed. It would not be fair to our customers who know this and watch our items to bid on them later. If we change the terms of an auction we would just end up with a lot of unhappy customers. |
| Q:Will you accept a BEST OFFER for this item? |

| A:We do not accept BEST OFFERS for our items. We price our items very competitively based on the market and what we paid for the item. And given the high fees that we have to pay to eBay and PayPal, there is no wiggle room left to negotiate prices. |
| Q:Can I keep shopping for a combined shipment? |

| A:Our policy allows for buyers to shop for up to 14 days from their first win for one combined payment and shipment. This policy is one of the most favorable you will find on eBay, and we expect to be paid promptly at the end of this 14 day period. Please let us know that you are still shopping, and then request an invoice when you are finished. |
| Q:Why is the combined shipping charge so high? |

| A:Because of our special shipping policies, eBay and PayPal will sometimes overcharge on shipping if you try to checkout on your own. Just let us know when you are finished shopping and we will gladly send you a properly combined and adjusted invoice. |
| Q:Do you accept personal checks? |

| A:We do not accept personal checks. We have in the past, but after having checks bounce (including one from a previous, good customer no less), we have changed our mind. It is nearly impossible for us to verify checks, and we spend too much time trying to verify and worrying. We would rather use our time to bring you more quality auctions. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Our policy is that we do not accept returns unless we make a mistake. Given the expense of shipping items somewhere and then shipping them back, we prefer to address your concerns before a sale rather than after. We are always happy to provided measurements or take additional pictures to help you with your decision. |
