The laptop was shipped by Canada Post and arrived two days earlier than expected. It was packaged well for shipping. The laptop was in better cosmetic shape than I expected from the photos. The only disappointment was the batteries, but these things are to be expected with used laptops. I am satisfied with the purchase overall.

This seller was amazing and prompt in shipping and communication, and the product is excellent for the price I paid. I immediately ordered a second, the same laptop for my parents. There are three white spots on the screen. Touchpad is soft on clicks, ordered a spare from eBay. Battery - 45Wh/57Wh remaining. Couple of scratches. Sourced 2x8Gb RAM locally for $25. I am not complaining Paid - $170+tax for a great T480s with i7-8650U, 16Gb RAM - 8Gb(Soldered)+8Gb(Slot) and 256Gb Samsung SSD.

Exactly as described, sent promptly. There was a bug I think on the part of UPS telling me it would arrive when it hadn't even been received by the facility prior to going out for delivery. Laptop was adequately protected and was in "excellent" shape, as indicated in the product page.
