Where are you located in Toronto?
We are located at York Mills and Leslie, about 5 minutes South of the 401. Our warehouse is open 9-4PM Monday-Friday for pickups (We are not open on the weekends). Pickup is available the day following receipt of payment. This will give us enough time to prepare your item.
Can I pickup a KidKraft item at your Toronto Location?
Unfortunately our KidKraft products ship from a third party warehouse and they do not allow for pickup.
Do I need a box spring for my mattress?
A box spring will work but is not necessary. You can use a frame with a base for the mattress on its own.
Is everything included? No missing pieces, screws etc…?
All our products are NEW and factory sealed from the manufacturer. This means that they include everything that you would normally get if you purchased the same item from a store. If, however, you receive an item that is missing something, remember that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can return the item for a full refund, or we can exchange it.
