A1. The cystal is pure clear. Any color comes from your picture.

Q2. If I send picture today, when I can receive my item?

A2. You item will be shipped out in 7 days. 3 day Rush service is available. $3.00 per small item (pendant/keychain/charm). $5.00 per crystal frame.

Q3. How many picture can fit into my items?

A3. The most we done so far is 3 people for keychain/pendant. For frame, you can put 10+ people...

Q4. I don't have digital file for my picture, could I send on by mail?

A4. No problem, we can scan it for you at no additional cost. Your picture will be shipped back w/ your item.

Q5. Is there any requirement for my picture?

A5. The highter the resolution, the better the result.

Q6. How much can I save if I buy more?
