One of the hinge of the lid was broken when it came. There was no debris in the box, which means it came like that from the manufacturer. Sale Canada owned this mistake and took care of this issue and sent me a new lid that I was able to install easily, they even provided the screw, nut and cap to hide the screw, even if I already had them from the original lid. Excellent customer service.

The green blender I had ordered was no longer available. I received a grey version instead - same exact model, just a different colour. I reached out to the seller, who responded immediately. They let me know that the green one was no longer available. They offered me either a complete return and refund, or, that I could keep the grey one and receive a 5% discount.
