The Hotel Utica, designed by Eisenvein & Johnson Architectural Firm, opened in 1912, and hosted such notable guests as Judy Garland, Mickey Mantle, Eleanor and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, among others. This collection includes Reed and Barton silver plate specially designed for the Hotel Utica and represents the gentility and grandeur of the Hotel's earlier years.
