Shipping & Handling  

Buyer Pays Shipping and Handling.  Orders are processed within 72 hours of payment being received and cleared.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers.  The selected shipping carrier may vary depending on individual items.  Some items may ship from different warehouse locations.  Typical delivery time is 10-14 business days.

If high demand creates a shortage of our stock, and your item is not available for shipping within 72 hours you will receive an immediate refund for your purchase.

Customer service & return policy  

Electronic Media: No refund or returns on electronic media.  Electronic media is defined as any product delivered on CD, CDROM, DVD, Video Tape, or Download.

Instruments and Accessories: 25% restocking fee, less original shipping fees, buyer pays return shipping costs.  RMA number (return authorization) required prior to return.  Returns must be made within 7 days of item receipt.
