Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Once orders are processed, please allow sufficient time for the postal service to deliver your item.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Please allow for adequate time for shipping before contacting us. Should you have any questions regarding your order, please e-mail and be sure to include your name, item title, item number, method of payment and approximate date payment was sent.
Please allow 14 days for delivery after electronic payment (PAYPAL) before contacting us to check shipment status.
If you are sending payment by regular mail, then please allow 21 days after mailing payment before contacting us to check shipment status.

Yes, we only offer legitimate, authentic items that are 100% original. We do not offer copies, homemade or pirated items of any kind.
What is the condition of your items (CD's)?
All items are either new or in mint condition throughout unless otherwise specifically stated in the item description. New items are NOT guaranteed to be "sealed". Most items we offer are not "sealed" at the factory when they are manufactured.
Where can I find the track list for CD's?
We are happy to provide track lists for items if requested. Track lists for many items are located at the websites for Allmusic or Barnes & Noble.

Items shipped in the USA are shipped via USPS First Class / PRIORITY Mail. We do NOT ship media rate.
Items shipped internationally are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (AIRMAIL). We do NOT ship via surface mail.
Items are packaged in secure, brand-new padded bubble envelopes that are designed to protect your purchase. Larger orders are packed securely in boxes.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
We use the best quality professional padded bubble mailers and packaging materials to ensure all items arrive safely. We strive to ensure all items get to our customers in perfect condition.
