| A:Returned in same condition as it was sold. Refund as cash back. Any return request must be sent via email within 5 days of receipt of the item. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:This whole area is being revamped. There is more free shipping and/or greatly reduced shipping costs so combined shipping is not necessary. International Buyers please email for costs. Working on flat rate costs for you with discounted rates. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Depends on where you live and how it is sent. Generally a week or less. Packages will now either go Priority, UPS or DHL. I am finding media mail and parcel post is taking too long. Time frame 2-3 days to a week. Ship Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. International 1-2 weeks. |
| Q:What if I want my order to get there faster? |

| A:That's easy, just let me know and this can be done and can give you the shipping costs. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Ship worldwide. When you purchase anything please provide a phone number as this is needed for the customs form. Thank you in advance. |

| A:If a second chance offer is available you will be notified. If you see it and really want it, go for it. Just figure for yourself what's the most you want to spend and put in a proxy bid for that amount. There is also Unwired Buyer where you can be notified by phone when the auction is going to end. |

| A:If purchasing a lot of items these may go in more than one box. If I can keep it to one box safely I will. If not will put in more than one box. Each box will be marked. IE: 1/2, 2/2. So you will know how many boxes are coming plus you will be emailed. |

| Q:Freight - Shipping Heavy Stuff |

| A:This is a new area for me. I have at least Pak-Mail to work with on shipping any furniture items. So if it's say local pick up this can now be shipped by Pak-Mail. Email me so I can send you the email so you can get the direct costs. The shipping is separate from the auction as far as you pay them for the shipping directly. |
