| Q:How do we grade records? |

| A:In general, we visually use the Goldmine standard for grading records, jackets and any inserts that might be present. Periodically, we will also use an additional + or - where warranted to more accurately grade at the top or bottom of a grade level. We also tend to be rather tough on the vinyl grading standard. |

| Q:Do you clean your laserdiscs prior to shipment? |

| A:Used Laserdiscs are inspected and cleaned as necessary prior to shipment. Also, where appropriate (greater than $4.95) used Laserdisc inner-liners are replaced with poly-lined paper liners prior to shipment. |
| Q:The listing has a quantity greater than 1. Does the photo accurately describe the condition of the item(s)? |

| A:In general a multi-item listing will be photo identical for each item in the listing. You may or may not receive the item shown in the photo, but you should not be able to discern any difference. We do not list items as quantity greater than 1 unless they are photo identical. |
| Q:What is a Laserdisc and will it play in my DVD player? |
|
| A:No. DVD's are approximately 5 inches in diameter and Laserdiscs are approximately the same size as the old music LP's (12 inches in diameter) and are not compatible with the current generation of DVD players. Laserdiscs were an analog hi-performance video precursor to DVD's and were for the most part discontinued in the 1999-2000 year timeframe. |

| A:OOP=Out Of Print, WS/LB=Widescreen/Letterbox, NIP/NIB=New In Package/Box (New & Sealed), NR=No Reserve, SS=Surround Sound, AC-3/AC3=AC-3 Dolby Digital Surround Sound, THX=THX Certified, V/S.Rare=Very/Super Rare, SP ED=Special Edition, LD=Laserdisc (used for search engines), DVT=Digital Video Transfer, HP=Hole Punch, Cut=Corner Cut, RM=Remastered. |
| Q:How much is shipping and handling and do you combine items for shipping? |

| A:The shipping and handling charge for each individual item can be found in the listing for that item. Yes, we do combine items for shipping. In general, we combine ONLY like items for shipping. (i.e. Laserdiscs with Laserdiscs, DVD's with DVD's, etc...). The shipping cost for each additional item can also be found in the listing for that item. |
| Q:Will you specify 'Gift' on the customs declaration to save me on customs fees? |

| A:We will never falsify customs documents for any reason. Please DO NOT ASK! We specify 'Laserdiscs' as the item description and 'Merchandise or Other' as the item type. We specify the exact amount of the total transaction (excluding shipping) in US dollars and include a packing slip with all shipments (detailing the purchase). |

| A:Primarily we use LDDB.COM & IMDB.COM. As necessary, we also use ebay.com, amazon.com & wikepedia.com. |
| Q:How do you package your Laserdiscs for shipping? |

| A:Primarily we use NEW LP mailers & NEW 12x12 (small bubble) for packaging. If you purchase a large order of laserdiscs we may use an alternative packaging method. Please be aware that we will also on occasion reuse previously used LP mailers and bubble-wrap. We believe in conservation and refuse to throw away anything that can be SAFELY reused. |
