 | A: It normally takes 6-15 days to the USA and Canada for small items sent by the normal Royal Mail Airmail service, however, big item sent by the Royal Mail International signed-for service will normally take 10-20 days .please contact us ONLY if you have not received the item after 40 days from the date of sale . |
 | Q: Want to exchange my item with another size or colour, what should i do? |

 | A: only UK customers that did buy small items ( silicone sheets, bra case, breast enhancers, footcare products ) ,can simply send them back to our warehouse with a note requesting the exchange and include the item number and your ebay ID , we will send the other size( if same priced) or colour free of any extra post cost for one time only. |

 | A: It normally takes 2-5 days when it is sent by the Royal Mail first class Service, and upto 10 days for the Royal Mail signed-for service .however it will take more during the Holiday periods ( New year period) please ONLY contact us if you have not received the item after 20 days from the sale date . |
