Got the item. It came late. Item did not ship until after its latest expected arrival date. It did not make it for Christmas even though I ordered in plenty of time and was told it would be here 6 days before Christmas. Customer service abdicated responsibility and said it was some third-party’s fault. Regardless, if you choose to use that third-party, the. it’s your responsibility too. Offered no restitution or refunds. Great item, poor customer service.
