We want you to be satisfied, so we offer a money-back guarantee for 7 days after you receive the item. No reason is required, but one would be appreciated. This is a full refund of your payment to us, but not on return shipping unless we are at fault. Please leave us positive feedback if you are satisfied. If otherwise, give us a chance to resolve the problem before you leave feedback.
We ship quickly, usually within two business days after your payment. Please pay us within two days as well, using PayPal or a money order. Do not send cash or a personal check! If you have a problem with the transaction or payment, contact us right away. Mistakes sometimes happen, and we will not try to penalize you for innocent errors.
Our shipping fees are based on the package weight and mailing cost as calculated by eBay or by the Canada Post website. We charge only the actual mailing cost, no extra fee for handling and packaging. If the mailing fee turn out to be less than you paid by more than a few dollars, we will refund the difference.
We use Canada Post, and for small items Small Parcel-Air is usually cheapest. However, it has no tracking and can still take 2 weeks. Due to poor service we do not use surface parcel mail. Expedited Parcel is recommended, or for extra speed, Xpresspost might be available (your choice). However, those methods are very expensive for overseas mail, especially for heavy items.
PLEASE do not give us poor feedback because postal rates are high and shipping is slow -- we regret it too! We mail items promptly, and the fee at the window is sometimes even more than calculated (you will not be charged for a higher cost). We have absolutely no control over high shipping costs and slow delivery.
We pack carefully and ship promptly, but please know that we have no control over your package after it leaves our shop. Let us know if it fails to arrive, or if it arrives damaged. Insurance is a good idea and may be required for large purchases.
International orders are welcome, except for a few difficult items as noted in their description. Shipping for heavy items will be very expensive! Delays at some country's border are common and could add several weeks to your delivery -- that is out of our control! We do not lie on customs forms -- it is illegal, dishonest, unethical, and could harm our business if discovered. Do not ask us to declare a value other than what you paid!
Please note that many of our items with a buy it now price, especially jewelry, are also for sale in other places besides eBay. We will remove it from eBay as soon as we can after an outside sale, but if you wish to be sure, email us with any questions about availability.
