| A:Yes, they are all authentic! We do not sell fakes and is against the law. We have been in business for 30 years and have two master watch makers in-house who authenticate all of our watches. | Q:How long does it take for me to receive my order if I have a ring sized? |

| A:It depends on the ring. Most of the time its between $5-$20 per size depending on the ring. Please send me an email with the size you need so I can give you an accurate quote. |

| A:We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may return the item up to 7 days after purchase for a courteous full refund, less shipping charges and resize charge if we resize a ring! |

| A:Absolutely! Just wait for an invoice with all your items to be shipped together. All additional purchases ship free! Insurance must be requested. |
| Q:How long will it take for my order to be shipped? |

| A:Most orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days! We ship the next business day (we are closed Saturday & Sunday) after payment is received. If you pay for Fedex before 2:00pm Est. we will ship the same day! |
| Q:Do you ship Internationally? |

| A:Yes, we ship to the UK, Australia, and Canada. If you live outside these areas we may consider shipping to you, just send us an email. We only ship via USPS Express mail for items under $900, the cost is a flat rate of $24. We use Fedex for packages over $950. Free shipping on additional items up to 5 jewelry items. |
| Q:Do you offer layaway? |

| A:Yes, we do offer a FREE 3 month layaway on all items except watches and loose diamonds. Longer layaway is now available for a finance charge of $25 each additional month. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days. You then have 3 months to make any amount of payments at anytime just as long as it is paid off within 3 months. |
| Q:What are your layaway terms? |

| A:A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days. You then have 60 days to pay off the balance. All payments are sent through paypal. Just send me an email with your name and the amount you would like to pay and I will send you an invoice through paypal. |
| Q:What happens if I don't pay for my layaway in the alloted time? |

| A:If you do not pay for the item within the 3 month period, you may contact us for an extension. It would be an additional $25 per month. If you can not pay for the item, you will be refunded any amount paid, but the deposit is non-refundable and can be used toward another purchase. |

| A:It depends on the ring. Most of the time its between $5-$20 per size depending on the ring. Sizing down will be around $25 - $30. Silver rings are cheaper. These are just estimates and vary depending on the ring. Please send me an email with the size and ring item number you need so I can give you an accurate quote. |
