Q: Will there be taxes on my unit?
A: All domestic purchases will be subjected to taxes. Tax rates will be reflective of the province of residence of the buyers. Tax registration numbers will be provided upon request. International buyers will not be subjected to additional taxes.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our Return policy only covers items that are DOA, or not as described. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know what troubles you are having. We will not accept returns without contacting us first. Once we receive the item, we will either exchange or fully refund. Returned items not covered by this policy will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Q: Do you offer warranties?
A: We strictly offer a 7 day DOA on all of our units. We cannot guarantee any further manufacturer warranty. We do not offer extended warranties on any of our purchases.

Q: Will there be brokerage fees on my purchase?
A: Brokerage fees will not be charged by Canada Post upon delivery, however there may be duty and taxes outstanding. These fees are in no way remitted to us. Canadian buyers will have no additional fees added to their shipping and will not face any fees to pay upon delivery.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we do combine shipping, this must be requested before you pay for the item.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We do not guarantee shipping times, however shipments go out within 1 business day of receiving payment, and tracking numbers are provided.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping and Handling charges are a flat rate across both Canada and the US. This is based on the size of the item, so please read the item description carefully.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We Ship to Canada and the US.

Q: I live in the GTA, can I come pick this up?
A: No, I am sorry but we do not offer local pick up on any of our items; however because you are in the GTA we can offer you upto 50% shipping discount. Please request this discount before making payment. Refunds will not be issued to cover shipping discounts not claimed.

Q: Are the photos in the listing of the actual unit?
A: Every unit that we sell is individually photographed prior to listing. Every auction has photos of the actual unit that is for sale. If a unit is brand new sealed we use stock photos of the unit for illustration purposes only.

Q: What does "Recovery partition not intact" mean?
A: The recovery partition is a section of the HDD that has been separated at the factory. This section contains an image of the computer as it was originally configured. It can be used to restore the computer to its factory condition, or repair the operating system. If the partition is not in tact, it will not affect the daily performance of the unit.
