| Q:How are my items shipped and why does it cost more to ship in Canada than to the US? |

| A:Canada Post and USPS surface within North America. Canada Post airmail overseas. Canada Post rates are among the highest in the world and there is no small packet rate. |
| Q:Is my order insured against loss and breakage? |

| A:Our items are self insured against breakage. We do not charge extra for this. Canada Post WILL NOT insure ceramics and glass against breakage, only loss. |
| Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive? |

| A:Normaly 10 to 12 business days. Longer in high traffic periods like the lead up to Christmas |
| Q:Do you offer combined shipping rates? |

| A:Yes, but only on North American Orders. Our listings have approx combined order rates but there could be larger savings on multiple orders. Please remember to tell us you want to bid on or buy other items. |
| Q:Why isn't my package tracking showing? |

| A:Tracking only shows orders within Canada OR on Expedited Parcel to the US (used for orders over 1kg-- about 3 sets of cups and saucers) |
