Payment must be received within three days or item will be relisted or offered to the next highest bidder and a non paying bidder complaint will be filed. International bidders must pay with PayPal in US Dollars and e-mail for shipping quote prior to bidding if shipping cost isn't specified. If you have purchased more than one item or the shipping amount isn't specified, please wait for the invoice before paying due to the fact we offer combined shipping to save you money. Estimated handling time is stated as two days but your item is almost always sent the same or next mailing day from payment. The two day handling time is stated so that in the event of some catastrophe, such as a snow storm, power outage or such, an extra day may be required for mailing. Shipping is offered through the USPS currently. USPS rates are based on weight and distance from origination. Something shipped to California may vary immensely from the same item shipped to Minnesota. The most economical method of mailing is also factored in. For example, Media Mail is used for books and catalogs because they are heavy. If an item is large, bulky or heavy, Parcel Post may be used. These two methods are less expensive for these types of items but the mailing time is longer. Please take this into account and note the estimated delivery time BY THE POST OFFICE and the date the item was mailed before you leave a low DSR for shipping time. For small, light items First Class Mail is sometimes used and estimted delivery time is nearly as speedy as Priority Mail. On some calculated shipping items, a small handling fee has been added to help offset packaging costs. On September 22, 2009 eBay removed your choice for optional insurance. After careful deliberation and gathering of data from past sales and customers we have decided to self insure our items. This decision was made based on input from customers and from our record of "0" breakage, and "0" returns due to error on our part since our inception. At our discretion we may use additional USPS insurance for particularly fragile or expensive items. This plan is the most cost effective for us and our valued customers alike. It also fits most closely to our customers past choices when insurance was optional. Shipping and delivery confirmation with a tracking number is always provided to you free of charge. This will indicate that the item has been sent and when. The tracking number provided is for your use and you may follow your package's progress from the time of shipment directly through delivery at your door. The one exception to this rule is First Class Mail International, where unfortunately it is not offered. Insurance is also not available for First Class Mail International so using that carrier is at YOUR risk. If the Priority Mail International option is not included in the listing, please contact us and we will promptly give you a quote for that service. All other mailing services offered will include tracking. Once you have purchased and paid for an item, a personal e-mail is sent to you communicating your time of shipment. E-mails are always answered promptly so that you are informed of every detail relating to your purchase. We feel we do everything possible to receive a 100% 5-Star rating.
