 Q: Is this product new or used?
  A: The product and packaging is stated in big bold letters at the top of the description. For example, "New, Retail Box. 30 Day Warranty".
 Q: How much is shipping to my country?
  A: Please use the shipping calculator near the bottom of the eBay description page. Select your country, quantity, and click on Calculate.
 Q: Did you ship my order? Do you have a tracking number?
  A: We usually send a shipment e-mail notice within 1-3 business days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays excluded). Some orders, under $20 or international shipments may take additional processing days. All orders have a tracking (or delivery confirmation) unless you shipping method is ineligible such as First Class Int'l or Priority Int'l.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Warranty is 30 days on products we sell unless noted otherwise. We only accept returns on defective products. You must contact us by e-mail to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You are responsible for return shipping regardless of product condition. Sales on software & music is final and non-refundable.
 Q: Can you tell me the exact model of the hard drive, DVD drive, or router?
  A: We do not provide additional detail besides what is in the description. We would like to help but can not research the exact firmware, sub-model, serial number, or other specific markings on a device. Customer service is not allowed to visit the warehouse area due to safety and security reasons.
