Thank you for being so conscientious when processing orders. I am impressed that you caught that discrepancy in my order. I do own one of the manual labelers and thought I'd get some refills when I saw the good deals you were offering. I'm sure I'll find some uses for it. Also, I already own a LetraTag labeler, the 2000 model but thought I'd upgrade to the one I bought from you because it has more features. I'll let my 9 year old use/play with the old one - that's why I ordered extra labels. It's reassuring to know that there are still some service-minded sellers/vendors/businesses out there who see their customers as more than a number on an invoice.
