Exchange, Return and
Warranty Policies |
Defective Items:
- The E Warehouse must be
contacted within 7 days after receiving the item
- Exchanges are only offered
if the item is not working due to factory defect
- All exchanges must have an
RA number otherwise the item will be refused
Non-Defective Returns:
- Returns of non-defective
items is only allowed if the item is unopened and unused
- All non-defective returns
are subject to a 15% restock fee
- Shipping will not be
refunded on non-defective returns
Warranties:
- All warranties are valid
in the US only by The E Warehouse
- Any orders shipped to
Canada must be serviced by The E Warehouse for warranty work
