UHMW Interactive HELP Center
Over the years I have discovered that there are a lot of people that are not sure about how to actually work with UHMW. Some may know the basics, some a little more than the basics and some may know nothing at all about the subject.
We want people to be able to work safely with this material and to have confidence that they can do a good job with it. So, I've set up an interactive HELP center on Google groups.
This center, called UHMWtips, will give you extensive information about;
1. the properties of UHMW,
2. general safety information that you will need to work properly with this plastic,
3. specific tips that I have learned about sawing, drilling, planing, routing and fastening UHMW, all in separate categories and,
4. A section where you can display the projects that you have built with UHMW and view other projects that have been constructed with this marvellous material.
