Coffee mug was in great shape, pleasantly surprised by condition, even nicer than described. Shipped quickly. Item was packed in cardboard and bubble wrap, inside a box with stuffed newspaper, the box was wrapped with more bubble wrap and a tough plastic covering. The mail folks could have played soccer with the package and not damaged it. I am very pleased with this purchase!
