Business Policies |

Full Satisfaction Guaranteed for coins, pins, magnets & bookmarks. If you not satisfied just return for full refund (less shipping charges). Returns must be within 7 days after receiving the item and you pay to ship them back to us. Before sending any returns, please notify us of products being returned for an RA# (return authorization number). Any questions please email info@virtualedge.ca, and we will respond within 24 hours. No refunds on printed books or ebooks that have been activated. Read-only eBooks that not have been activated, can receive their full purchase price refunded if purchaser is unable to activate their ebook due to computer incompatibilities or problems downloading. Customers requesting a refund for an activated ebook will be sent a screen capture showing the book has been activated, proving the refund option has been forfeited by the purchaser. |

Shipping & Handling Costs |
- All items are shipped within 24-48 hours, except on weekends and holidays.

We do not ship to temporary locations such as resorts, motels or hotels (unless you are Donald Trump - verified).

We accept no responsibility for customer errors related to incorrect shipping addresses.

Merchandise is not available for pick up.

Shipping, handling, processing, and packaging materials costs are undisputable and not refundable and cannot be a reason for feedback.

Insurance |

We DO NOT require insurance on any of our buy now products or auctions. However we are NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. We will always specify the amount of insurance, and it is left to the buyer's discretion to purchase additional insurance. |

We accept cashiers' checks, personal checks, money orders, bank drafts and charge cards via PayPal.(Americans sending money orders must send International money orders in USD funds - USA non International USD money orders are not cashable in Canada.If you are sending a USD postal money order from the United States, ask the postal clerk if it is cashable outside the USA - Canada is your friendly neighbor to the north. |

Payment Policies |
Payment is due by purchaser within 3 days if paying by PayPal. Payments from someone other than purchaser will NOT be accepted (no third party payments). If mailing a check, money order, or bank draft, please send an email confirming that payment will be mailed. If the item is subject to re-listing, we will be forced to file a non-paying bidder form with ebay. Customers who fail to pay for purchases will be prevented from making future purchases from the The Luckology Store. |

If you have any issue, please contact us to resolve the problem before leaving negative feedback. It would be bad KARMA to cheat a customer, and bad KARMA for a customer to do the same. As the old saying goes, what goes around comes around. Giving us unfairly negative feedback will result in the same for you. Most customers have their orders within 5 to 12 business days of being shipped (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery of your order is at the mercy of Canada Post, USPO, Postal strikes, hurricanes, mother nature, etc. |
