United States.
Items
are shipped via UPS ground. Shipping upgrades are available
at additional cost. Items are usually shipped the next business
day (Monday through Friday).

To
receive a full refund for an item purchased from The Music Den
via the internet, you must notify the store via email or by
phone or by visiting our Ledgewood Mall store within 10 days
of receipt of the product. You will recieve an Return Authorization
(RA) number which must be visible on the outside of the shipping
boxes when you ship the items back. Any items shipped back without
an RA will be refused. The customer is responsible for all
shipping costs.
Once an RA has been issued, ship the items immediately. Any
items not received by the Music Den within 10 days of issuing
an RA will unreturnable.
Any items returned must be in like new condition with the original
packaging or else they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The following items are not returnable: Sheet Music,
Software, Strings, Reeds, Drumsticks, Picks, Harmonicas, and
Care Kits. |
