Frames are exactly what is depicted. They are very nice, well made, etc. Customer service is fast when an inquiry is made. I ordered the wrong frames by accident, they immediately rectified the mistake. I have one gripe and this may be my fault for causing the initial frame pulled in a shipping process. They forgot to send me the case for the frames. Again, may be my fault.
