Late delivery, item missing and claim......

Items rarely get lost in transit but in real life, it does happen. It is out of our control, but we will try our best to lower your loss. So for the safety reason, we suggest you choose the trackable or with insurance shipping method

For the untrackable shipping method, like regular letter mail (light packet), small package, there is no guarantee from the courier for the late delivery. And the waiting time will be up to 45 days! As much as we'd like to help, any claim or checking is not accepted by the courier.

AFTER 45 days, if you still have not received your item, we will treat it as being lost.

Regular letter mail: Since the courier doesn't provide any receipt for this method, if your item is lost when using this method, we shall not be held responsible for it.

Light packet: Courier don't provide insurance for this, but they will help to find the parcel AFTER 45 days,

Small package by Air: We will help you claim the lost item and keep you posted of any update during the process. But we shall not be held liable if it turns out lost in the end.

So if you don't receive your parcel, please contact us right AFTER 45 days

About packaging

We will put your jewelry in a bubble sheet protected mailer or a box depending on the size of your jewelry, and the shipping cost (the mail box is bigger so the shipping cost is more expensive). So you may shop without worrying about the jewelry being damaged on the way to your hands.

And if your order includes more than one piece of items, we will wrap up each item in a plastic bag, to prevent them from scratching each other, No one knows exactly what the jewelry is going through during transportation, and we all hope they are safe, don't we?
