Item was stolen by the post office. Seller refunded my money. Seller is reputable. Have ordered other phones before & after without problem. During the USPS tracking updates I can see how the postal service “lost” my phone for about a week, between post Office locations, before they finally shipped cut off label from the box. Days later packing slip arrived. But not the actual box or items. Luckily the seller properly tracked item, so hopefully USPS reimburses them. But seller took care of me.
