All tickets are together,
side-by-side, unless otherwise specified in the auction description.
Seat numbers will only be given
to the winning bidder after payment has been made for security reasons.
If for some reason the actual
seats purchased may no longer available, (very rare occurrence usually
due to miscommunication in the office) we will contact the customer and
offer replacement tickets that are equivalent or better seats, or issue
you a full refund.
If there is any discrepancy
within the description of the auction (i.e. number of tickets, location
of seats, etc.), the bidder must contact me before bidding or the
auction will be void.
All sales are final.

Shipping Information |

- All tickets are shipped through
FedEx. There are no pickups.
- Winner agrees to pay one of the
following delivery fees.
- $10
for FedEx Express Saver (2-4 day delivery)
- $20
for FedEx Standard Overnight
- $35
for FedEx Overnight Saturday
- $40
for FedEx International Delivery (Outside the continental U.S.)
- Delivery fees are a reflection of
shipping methods set by FedEx and not on when you will
receive the tickets.
- Tickets will ship within the
expected ship date above. Customer will be contacted if there is any
delay.
- Additional insurance optional and
is available. We are not liable for packages after they have been picked
up by FedEx.

Payment

- Payment (or email of payment
date) must be received immediately for auction to end.
- We accept PayPal payments and it
is our preferred method. Please send payment to
scott@usatickets.com
If paying via PayPal, we
must ship to the confirmed address given to
us through PayPal.
PayPal payments must include a daytime
phone number in case FedEx needs to call for directions. Shipping may be delayed if
daytime phone number is not supplied with PayPal payment.
We also accept payment with a
credit card over the phone. If paying by credit card over
the phone, please call us between office hours at 877-638-9989
, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Central.
We do not accept money orders or personal checks under any
circumstance.

- All sales are final.
- If the event is cancelled full
refunds will be given minus shipping costs. Postponed or rescheduled
events will not be refunded. The customer is responsible to know any
changes in the event time and date.
- We are not responsible for lost
or stolen tickets once tickets are received by customer.
- We reserve the right to end the
auction early or make changes to the auction.
